P-180
I would first like to start off with a HUGE thank you to the developers of the Piaggio P-180. I upgraded to the latest version tonight (V3 FSX) and I am stunned by the level of detail you have included in this package. The airplane performes great and its a pleasure to fly.

I have a couple of questions that I haven't figured out so far:

1. #2 Engine Fire--Suddenly after departure I noticed a Engine #2 oil temp light. I switched to AP and continued my climb. The oil temp was a few degrees C warmer then engine #1. I decided to watch it and continue the flight. It digressed from there to a full blown engine fire approx. 10 minutes later. The on board extingushment system put the fire out and I landed at the closest runway safely. Now, I have FSX set to ignore or disable all failures. This is the first time I have EVER had a plane catch fire. It was kind of fun. Do you have any idea why? Is this one of the P-180's settings?

2. TCAS--The system goes into test mode fine, however I cannot get it to go any further than that. I have reviewed the README document provided with it, but still cannot figure it out.

Once again, thank you for creating such an awesome aircraft. I am ending this email early so I can go fly it some more!

Hi,

Unfortunately, we were not involved with the version 3 release of the P180, that was done entirely by Mario Noriega. We were not aware that he was making a new update/version to his model and we were quite displeased when he released it. So with that out of the way, you would have to contact Mario regarding any issues with his last P180 release. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Open mouth, insert foot. Sorry, I didn't do my homework before posted on the forum. My apologies.
